The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital downloads
File delivery Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. You will receive email notification.

Payment options

We accept PayPal for all payments meaning you can pay with an existing PayPal account, or if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay via PayPal using your debit or credit card.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges (buyer is responsible for return shipping cost)

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Custom made or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
